Hotel
We've reserved a block of rooms at the Fairfield Inn Hazleton. Please use the link above to reserve a room or suite! Rooms are available for both Friday and Saturday nights, and we will be arranging for shuttle buses to run between the venue and hotel. Check-in is 3 PM and check-out is 11 AM, with a continental breakfast included. The last day to book at our discounted rate is June 22nd.
Vacation Rentals
There are a variety of house and apartment rentals nearby for groups of all sizes through sites such as AirBnB and VRBO
Campground
A brand new campground is connected to the venue, offering many campsites, RV sites, and amenities, with more opening before the wedding date. You can reserve a campsite through the link above. (Please note that, due to the limited quantity, all 10 cabins on site have already been booked for both Friday and Saturday nights)
Driving
Please follow the GPS to Lakewood Park Campground (link above) - the GPS will not take you to the correct entrance if you type in Catalpa Grove! The venue is located just off of Route 54, only three miles from Route 81 and four miles from Route 309. There is a large parking lot on site - if needed, cars can be left in the lot until Sunday morning at 9 AM!
Shuttle
We will be providing shuttle buses between the Fairfield Inn (see accommodations section above) and the wedding. The shuttles will depart from the Fairfield Inn parking lot at 3:45 PM and arrive at the venue a little after 4 pm. At the end of the night, the shuttles will leave from the venue at 11 PM and take you back to the Fairfield Inn
Uber/Lyft
While there are Ubers and Lyfts in the area, please keep in mind that this is rural Pennsylvania and rides may not be available immediately. We strongly suggest either scheduling your rideshares ahead of time, using our shuttle buses, or arranging for a ride with a designated driver
Flying
The closest airports are Lehigh Valley (ABE) and Wilkes-Barre Scranton (AVP), which are both ~1 hour away from the venue. For more flight options, you can utilize Philadelphia International or Newark Liberty International, which are both about a 2 hour drive from the venue
