When will I be receiving my invitation?

Invitations will be sent out in spring 2022. The invitation will contain a link to RSVP here on our website. Please let us know via the contact form below if you need to update the mailing address or email address you sent when you first provided us with your contact information.

Where should I stay and how do I get to the venue?

Please check out the Travel tab of our website for information on our hotel block and transportation options! We will also ask about your travel plans on the RSVP form so we can ensure that we reserve a spot for you on the shuttle if you need one.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

The venue is combined indoor/outdoor. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will be held indoors (though the outdoor patio will be open the entire night). In the case of inclement weather, all events will be held indoors.

What is the dress code?

Cocktail/Semi-Formal! Remember that it will be the middle of July and the weather will most likely be hot and humid. Additionally, a decent portion of the day will take place outside (weather permitting), so choose your shoes accordingly.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the site is entirely accessible with the exception of the second floor loft (however, no events will be taking place in the loft). There are also ADA parking spaces available.

My address and/or email have changed. Should I let you know?

Yes please! You can use the form at the bottom of this page to do so.

Can I bring a guest who is not listed on my invitation?

Due to space constraints at our venue, we are regrettably unable to extend invitations for additional plus ones not named on the invitation/RSVP form. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Will children be allowed to attend?

Similarly to the previous question, due to space constraints, we will only be able to extend invitations to children of close family, and their names will be listed on the invitation.  If you are a family member who will be bringing children, please be aware that there will be a lake and an active fire pit on site.

I have dietary restrictions. How do I let you know?

There will be an option for you to let us know of any dietary restrictions you have when you RSVP to your invitation. 

Will alcohol be served?

Yes - there will be a complimentary bar serving beer, wine, and signature cocktails, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.
